Military expert Oleg Starikov explained that Trump's plan for a peaceful settlement of the Russian-Ukrainian war does not provide for either a winner or a loser, Politeka reports.

And many citizens who are actually watching this think that there is some kind of chaos, entropy, like the second law of thermodynamics, as if nothing is clear, everyone is saying something, making some statements, but in fact it is a mouse's fuss. No, it is not a mouse's fuss. Everything is according to plan," Oleg Starikov notes.
According to the expert, in our information field, the prevailing opinion is that a solution to a zero-sum equation is being solved, which involves either victory or defeat, there is no other. In general, he thinks, the favorite game of Americans is poker, only the best play it, and by analogy, trade has been going on all this time, and now it's time to take cover, when the parties lay out their cards on the table - arguments.
"The Ukrainian side signed an economic agreement - this is the basis on which Trump's entire policy on conflict resolution is built. The Russian side is now conducting economic, political negotiations in private," Oleg Starikov claims.
As he reminds us, Biden was solving a zero-sum equation, while Trump has a different one - with a non-zero sum, and in this situation the parties are connected, if one loses, the other loses, and vice versa.
