Political strategist Mykhailo Sheitelman stated that Ukrainian strikes on Russian oil refineries have left Russia itself and the occupied territories without gasoline, meaning Ukraine could win the battle of resources, reports Politeka.
He shared this in his blog.

According to the expert, on the Kuril Islands since August 20, only 10 liters of gasoline are issued per person. He noted that everywhere Russia has occupied, gasoline is disappearing: first it ran out in Crimea, then in Zaporizhzhia region, and now at the other end of the world — on the Kuril Islands, originally Japanese territory.

“Fortunately, it’s not only in the occupied territories, but across the entire Russian Federation gasoline is vanishing. Moreover, prices for gasoline are soaring, setting records on all exchanges. So this ‘gas station with rockets’ has driven itself to the point where gasoline has both disappeared and become more expensive. In many regions, they are now introducing fuel ration coupons. Gasoline has already disappeared in Buryatia, Irkutsk region, Zabaykalsky, Primorsky Krai, Tatarstan — where they actually extract oil — Saratov region, Krasnodar Krai, and in the occupied territories,” Sheitelman explained.

Russians themselves, he added, explain the situation as “unscheduled refinery repairs,” but conceal the fact that these repairs are required due to constant Ukrainian strikes. And, the expert stressed, it is important to understand that Russia is running out of gasoline not only literally, and it would be the right moment for Trump to strike at the aggressor.

“Now is the time to squeeze Russia, which is running out of gasoline. After all, the competition now is about who will run out of gasoline first, who will lose the will to win this war first, and, of course, who will run out of resources in the literal sense of the word. Who can ramp up missile production faster, and who will run out completely. This is the moment for Trump… now is the time to finish, to crush, to smash the Russian Federation, which has run out of gasoline,” Mykhailo Sheitelman emphasized.
